Finding a way to get comfortable with the biggest hurt you have is an incredibly tender and profound way to have the most loving relationship with yourself. Is it easier said than done though?
Trying to get rid of the parts of you that survived X, Y and Z, is like trying to push a ball down under water and probably not the best strategy for long-term health, healing and wellbeing.
Compassion, curiosity, tenderness and some key tools are the ways towards profound healing and having a better relationship with yourself and everything around you.
It can be the truest path to loving yourself and having more rapport with the past, present and future.
Here are a few questions that might be useful to deepen the experience of having a better relationship with yourself:
What hurts?
What would help this not hurt so much?
What lessons or learnings would I have missed out on if this wasn’t a part of me?
