Since 2008, I've curated immersive retreats (and workshops) around the world that focus on "analog wellness", mindfulness and science-based transformation.
Retreats focus on authentic connection, analog wellness (swimming, hiking, foraging, reading, stargazing, nightly fires, painting, cooking, nothing) and transformative programming – delivering meaningful lasting change.
We gather along the pilgrimage paths in the Old World (Portugal, Italy, England), the rich jungles of Central America (Costa Rica) or the pristine Rocky Mountains (USA) and walk in the spirit of millions of people who, for centuries, have searched for greater purpose and fulfillment.
Retreats help you gain profound clarity, refine a sense of purpose and create effortless success.
You're welcome into a kind global community of people wanting more from life (and more than just stuff).

Hello! I'm Ashley.
In 2017, I held a client retreat in Lagos, Portugal in a beautiful restored castle along the pilgrimage path of Camino de Santiago.
Here, I decided to trade hideous conference rooms for beautiful spaces rich in natural beauty, local spirit and tradition.
It was this trip that changed the trajectory of my work and showed me what happens when people gather together in search of more meaning, purpose and fulfillment.
My joy is to advance the retreat space beyond basic wellness, respectfully, as there are so many wonderful tools to create lasting positive change and that's the foundation of this work: science-based transformation, "analog wellness" and a kind global community.
Since 2008 we've gathered in...
12th-century chapels (blessed by a pope) in Umbria, seaside Portuguese estates along the El Camino de Santiago, wellness-forward luxury hotels in Zürich and we've walked a section of the St. Francis Way in Assisi, Italy.
